Diabetes is a group of metabolic disorders characterized by an elevated blood sugar level over a long period of time. The main problem of diabetes is, a cell in your body failed to utilize glucose that you receive from foods. As raise of sugar level in the blood, you suffer from diabetes.

There are so many different types of diabetes. Diabetes may differ from person to person but in the root, there is the only reason that is an unbalanced lifestyle.

  • Fiber containing food like Whole flour, wholegrain, and oats, brown rice, Peas, beans and pulses, barley and rye.
  • Fiber containing fruits like berries, pears, melon, apple, oranges cucumber. Radish, Onion, and garlic as a salad.
  • Fiber containing vegetable like broccoli, carrots, green leaf.


  • Taking OMGA -3 containing food like fish, walnuts, Olives, wonder seed. 

  • Drinking Aloe Vera juice.



The food you need to exclude

  • Sugar, rice, white flour, sweets, fast food, junk food, oily food, alcohol, etc.
